Responsibilities:

· Support Project Managers in the execution and delivery of commercial space projects, including retail stores, showrooms, shop-in-shop concepts, and pop-up stores

· Assist with site inspections, supplier coordination, communication with third-party service providers, and on-site execution

· Support on-site supervision by collecting and reporting information related to progress, quality, and issues

·  Assist in managing project schedules, budget tracking, and daily progress follow-up

· Help prepare and organize required project documentation and reports

· Participate in client communication and service support to ensure project requirements are accurately conveyed and implemented

· Provide general support to company and department operations as needed

Requirements

‍

· Local language proficiency (country of residence) at B2 level or above, with the ability to conduct smooth business communication; good English communication skills

· Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability; able to adapt flexibly to complex on-site environments

· Good organizational skills, coordination ability, and team-oriented mindset

· Prior experience in commercial space engineering, construction, or event execution is a plus (e.g. site supervision, supplier coordination, on-site execution)

· Proficient in standard office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.); familiarity with design tools is a plus but not required

· Strong interest in client service and project execution, with motivation to learn and grow in a multi-project environmen
