Responsibilities:

· Take full responsibility for the engineering implementation and delivery of commercial space projects, including retail stores, showrooms, and pop-up stores

· Organize and supervise site inspections, construction preparation, supplier coordination, and on-site mobilization

· Manage and coordinate construction teams, third-party professionals (fire safety, permits, supervision, etc.), and landlords

· Track project progress and strictly control construction quality, budget, and delivery timeline

· Oversee on-site execution and handle unexpected issues, ensuring accurate implementation of design concepts during construction

· Maintain close communication with clients to ensure project delivery meets brand standards and commercial requirements

· Integrate and manage external resources, optimize engineering execution plans, and improve delivery efficiency

· Prepare and present regular project progress reports to both clients and internal stakeholders

· Support daily company operations and other related tasks when needed

Requirements

‍

· Educational background in Engineering Management, Architecture, Interior Construction, or related fields; Bachelor’s degree or above preferred

· Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering project management, with hands-on experiencein commercial spaces, retail stores, or exhibition fit-out projects

· Familiarity with European construction processes, supplier networks, and government approval/ fire safety procedures

· Strong communication skills: German or French at B2 level or above

· Fluent business-level English

· Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently driving project progress

· Proficient in standard office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.); knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD is a plus but not mandatory

· High sense of responsibility and strong stress resistance, able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

· Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with cross-cultural, international teams
